Promotion Conference of Classes VI, VII, VIII and IX was held in
the Conference hall at 1200hrs. This was followed by the final
Academic Conference of the Academic session 2009-2010.

10-05-2010
An NCC Annual Training Camp was conducted in the campus from 10th
May to 19th May.417 Cadets participated in the Camp,
of which 356 Cadets were from Sainik School, Kazhakootam. Lt Col
Venugopal, an alumnus of the School, was the Camp Commandant and
Lt NG Babu was the Dy Commandant.
Batallion Firing and Obstacle race Competitions were conducted in
which Sainik School Cadets won the first prize.
In Firing SSCoy was adjudged the third.
Cadet Kannan Nair of Class XII has recently gone to Singapore as
part of the NCC Youth Exchange Programme. Few more Cadets are also
in the panel of YEP for the year 2010.

Cadets of Classes VI, VII & XI returned to School after the
Summer Vacation.
21-05-2010
The School re-opened after the Summer vacation.
Class XII Cadets proceeded on their motivational tour to National
Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune.
